30-Day Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
Email us at hello@archivebyleon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded to your original payment method.
